Aging, dementia, disability and chronic illness present tough questions for families. At Elder Law Solutions, we help answer these questions and provide elders and their families peace of mind, knowing that they have made the right choices for the ones they love.
The Elder Law Solutions Difference
Unlike traditional law firms focusing only on asset protection, our unique elder-centered focus provides families a holistic solution for a loved one’s care. We utilize a unique approach known as Life Care Planning. Attorney Emily Monarch and experienced Elder Care Coordinator Vanessa Pierani work hand-in-hand with our clients to identify present and future care needs. We then locate appropriate high quality care, and develop a plan to pay for that care with public and private resources. We combine the care plan with traditional legal services such as estate planning and asset preservation.
Although long term care planning can be overwhelming, we will be with you every step of the way to lighten your load by:
- Ensuring that your loved one receives appropriate care, whether at home or in a residential facility, while maintaining quality of life and independence.
- Locating public and private sources to pay for long-term care.
- Allowing you to focus on your loved ones, knowing that you have made the right choices for their care and safety, while preserving family resources.
